Oh absolutely, if a united socialist Britain was attainable and the most likely outcome for Scotland I would absolutely fight for that. It just seems unlikely, or moreso less likely to happen since even if all Scottish MPs were socialists it wouldn’t make a terrible difference if England keeps voting Tory.

    I guess we’ll see comrade!

  • What a fantastic game. Someone bought me it for my birthday last year and I got around to it near the start of this year and in my opinion it has the best dialogue/dialogue system out of any RPG I’ve ever played.

The world feels lived in, the characters feel like they have hopes and dreams you can easily understand and sympathize with. Probably by GOTY for 2019 and I hope they make more games within that universe!

I’m from Scotland and was confused on where to vote in 2019. Corbyn’s policies resonated with me but at the same time, I’m for Scottish independence so it was difficult.

I ended up voting for Labour anyways but my seat eventually went to the SNP regardless (Flipped to SNP in 2015, to LAB in 2017 and back to SNP in 2019). Moving forward, I’m not even sure who to vote for. We have a Scottish parliamentry election coming up and I won’t be voting SNP due to rampant transphobia in the party so will likely vote for a pro independence party with left leaning views (assuming any run in my area)

Overall though, the entire UK is in a shocking state of affairs. I think that Scotland is marginally more receptive to socialist/communist policies and talking points but only by a small amount. Most people up here still want to be in the EU and believe anything less than capitalism will destroy Scotland.
