hey comrades. anyone here played last year’s disco elysium? it’s a phenomenal story-heavy cRPG made by marxists. takes place in a fictional city recovering from a failed communist revolution that was crushed by international capitalist powers decades prior. main protagonist is an absolutely batshit insane amnesiac cop that’s been sent to investigate a murder mystery. it’s one of my favorite games of all time, i think pretty much any marxist would thoroughly enjoy it.
What a fantastic game. Someone bought me it for my birthday last year and I got around to it near the start of this year and in my opinion it has the best dialogue/dialogue system out of any RPG I’ve ever played.
The world feels lived in, the characters feel like they have hopes and dreams you can easily understand and sympathize with. Probably by GOTY for 2019 and I hope they make more games within that universe!
