Yes, the website is legit. It’s the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I also saw the commentary on kcna.kp (the website of the Korean Central News Agency), but that website is written in such a way that it doesn’t let you link to a particular article.
Wikipedia says that registration of
.kpis restricted to entities based in the DPRK. If that’s true, the website ending in .kp is a good sign that it’s actually from the DPRK (like rodong.rep.kp, kcna.kp, naenara.com.kp).Also all .kp websites are blocked in fake korea, so that also shows that they are legit.
