“Anti-communism” really is just code for fascism.

a reminder that post-WWII in territories that were held by the Nazis there were many Nazi-Holdovers, who educated their children to be pro-fascist and cultivated an anti-soviet sentiment in their SSRs. Pretty much every uprising in the USSR against the Soviet government was led by these holdovers.

We’re called “tankies” because the NKVD put down an uprising by one of these holdovers.
