I’ve been tired of open-world games for over a decade at this point, but at this point it’s really only Zelda and Star Wars that could get me motivated for them, so I’m hoping this will turn out to be good
I have a mixed relationship with open-world games; I don’t mind them but I also like non-open-world games too and find merit in those games as well that an open-world game lacks.
Despite their oversaturation, I’m a huge fan of Open-World games. But I can definitely appreciate linear and narrowly focused games as well. I think there is room for both.
Indeed. I’m playing OMORI right now, which is sorta-open-world and sorta-linear.
