I suspect that the author didn’t make this graphic, and I still don’t know it’s original source. i’m pretty sure this is a debunk of the “China’s not socialist, they have billionaires in the party!!!” bullshit libsoc like to say.
I understand the purpose, but the effectiveness of that debunk depends on what it really represents.

Fair. It’s a shame they don’t quote secondary sources that back up the claim, without them people will just call it fake.
