I think the important part is that the west has lost any shred of moral authority it still clung on to. The whole rules based world order carries no weight for the global majority now.
Yep, I am just optimistic that less and less people are going to appeal to liberal discourse for their freedom and realize that the way to gaining their freedom is brute force. You should post this to lemmy.ml somewhere. It rarely changes things but it’s nice to rub the noses of liberals in this kind of open, naked hypocrisy and inevitably it results in a few people per thousand breaking free of the programming and starting to ask questions.
