I think the important part is that the west has lost any shred of moral authority it still clung on to. The whole rules based world order carries no weight for the global majority now.
Yep, I am just optimistic that less and less people are going to appeal to liberal discourse for their freedom and realize that the way to gaining their freedom is brute force. People like blinken, etc probably just laugh when an oppressed person cites international law much like he probably cries when a drone from Yemen hits TA
