So funny how they get so close to being based and then a line pops up saying “o-other places are like this too! Americans are humans too!” Reads like an edit war between a fed and a comrade lol.
Rational wiki usually have pretty good takes about libertarianism and even capitalism, and it’s written pretty funny too, so worth to read in a boring day, but they are total enlightened centrist when socialism coming to view. Their cynical elitism is also insufferable.
Exactly. Their radlib bias kind is kind of a bummer, especially given the rest of the time they’re a fantastic source when it comes to rightsts, conspiracy cranks, and I especially like their Alt-glossary article.
I have a special kind of loathing for rationalists because… I used to be one. Literally almost the ultimate peak of liberalism is believing you are the most 1 million IQ person in the world while misunderstanding the world completely
