          I think with the whole dox, you kinda have to choose between which online identity you want to post to. I’ve had to think about this. :/ Sometimes I just go “eh, I’m not out there enough to dox”, but plenty of people have gotten worse for less

            Then you should probably post them! Nobody’s gonna judge. I know this for a fact because I once posted the shittiest mouse art ever and nobody said anything (please do not go looking for it)

        Is it the metadata or because people will be able to recognise you from you art?

          My artstyle is pretty broad, so I don’t think people would recognize me from art that easily. For metadata along there isn’t too much.

            There are various tools you can use to strip metadata from the final image if you want to.

    I wouldn’t worry too much about getting doxxed by art unless you posting your full govt name and address. imo the bigger worry as an artist is your stuff getting scraped and used by AI
