There is no take here. It is basically propaganda trying to associate someone as despicable as Navalny with something that redditors might relate to(watching Rick and Morty). It is the same strategy that Beer companies do with ads with beaches where you associate the brand with a beach and parties. In the case of Navalny, it is a way to make people think that Navalny is a normal human being just like any of us.
