It really sounds like Ukrainian army is on the verge of collapse at this point. I don’t think pouring more money into it is going to accomplish anything.

What’s money going to do?

No mercenary force is going to work for Ukraine against Russia, and money doesn’t make Ukrainian bodies suddenly appear where there weren’t any before.
