Is there a term for the belief of, “it’s their culture to do x”? I’ve heard this argument before about other countries as a crutch to why socialism isn’t viable.
I’m tempted to say chauvinism or just plain racism but I’m not sure if it’s both, one or neither.
Appreciate any comrades who might be able to help me on this one.
