Would be hilarious if they did actually steal the frozen assets and watch in horror as the IMF and World Bank immediately become useless institutions that no nation will ever use. They’d be speedrunning the collapse of the west if they did that. I doubt the west cares enough about Ukraine to demolish their hegemony to delay the inevitable for another 6-12 months.
