In wich country do you comrads think the next communist revolution will happen ? Me , I am certain that it will happen in the third world and my best bet is Africa because most of the population there is getting exploited like crazy by the west in mines for example , like you probably know , and the lack of food/water will certainly put a favor in the balance of us . Thanks in advance but sorry for the weird English not my nativa language . Edit : typo and change here and there

    I think India is a possibility within our lifetime… they have a large number of disenfranchised workers, staggering inequality, and most importantly a huge Marxist movement that’s gaining steam.

      Don’t forget the Naxalites. They’re keeping up the fight in India.

      And I’m hoping the Kashmir sees some communist activity with their occupation by the Indian military.

    There are a few places that I’m somewhat optimistic about. For instance;

    Palestine-Lebanon, both are in close contact with each other, both have reasons to work together, both have budding or otherwise capable revolutionary potential

    India, their government is extremely corrupt, they have terrible working and living conditions, people are very angry towards the right-wing government, etc.

    Puerto Rico, they’ve been in struggle against their colonizers for a long time and the recent refusal by the US to send aid after they were hit by the storm has lit a fire that won’t go out until they liberate themselves.

    Russia, people are becoming very upset with the right-wing government and greatly miss the USSR.

    A lot of the world looks capable of attempting revolution, though I don’t know if any could actually happen within our lifetime.
