Western people when they are for once on the receiving end of the stick:

Like, I used to work with refugees. Let these people and their ‘precedent’ talk to someone from Liberia or Syria or whatever. They wouldn’t be able to endure even 1/100th of what these people went through.

It makes sense, they don’t want ANY global power with enough might to invade sovereign nations. This is the divine right of the US empire, can’t just have everybody doing it. That would be chaos.

Only thing I can think of is

    ‘War. War never changes.’

But they either wouldnt get it, or they would write a giant wall of text /explaining/ their vast knowledge of geo politics that somehow does not include Iraq 03 or Afghanistan 01 or I mean fuck I am actually curious if they would think Russia invading Georgia would actually reinforce or demerit the blissfully ignorant position theyre going for.

Because on the one hand Russia bad, but on the other hand their point seems to be that Ukraine War is precedent setting, so my guess is they would just get angry when or if they realize that even if Russia bad, the point they are trying to make is stupid and just factually wrong.
