I’m incredibly confused. The article is legitly one of the best analysis i ever read in polish press, even the “globalism” is used less as the usual dogwhistle, and more correct by adding it is explicitly neoliberal globalism. He even bolded that “Antizionism is not antisemitism” and at the end concluded it is all the fault of capitalism.

And yet, “Myśl Polska” is nationalist-christofascist right rag with a tinge of old revanchism. It even started as the organ of Polish emmigration government in London.

Article author, Konrad Rękas, was formerly cooperating with people like one of the worst polish antisemites Ryszard Bender, was member of the neonazi org “Szczerbiec” and since then he toured most of far right nationalist orgs in Poland.

Did he just plagiarised the article or what? I would be wary since it smells like the dogwhistle by the “We hate Israel because it’s Jewish” part of polish right.

The fact that this came from the right does make it even more surreal. I think you are probably right though, and the right is just becoming more refined in their arguments now. I find as a rule, the right has no problems identifying legitimate problems within the liberal system. It’s their solutions to these problems that tend to be completely bonkers.

I think it is the fascism stage where they need to oppose the liberal establishment at least vocally in order to appear as alternative, and in order to do so they steal the talking points from the communists. Easier in Poland since there is no communist voice to be hear in public spaces.

Definitely, and having communists muzzled very much helps the fascists gain ground as liberalism unravels.

Its the same reason why the national-socialists adpoted the -socialist prefix; if you look at the nazis output in the late 20s they started to adopt leftist terminology in a hope of providing cover and obsfucating what they are doing.

Maybe they smell blood in the water and this is the start of some revanchist propaganda?
