Yeah, he’s fallen down the “PatSoc” rabbithole, but I wouldn’t completely give up on him.

Yea it’s weird, the short time i watched his content on tiktok he had correct takes on China/AES which is uncommon from other patSocs.

Not really, my analysis is these people adopt the basic takes of ML but don’t understand why we have them. They don’t understand dialectics, they don’t understand critical support, they don’t understand materialism, they don’t understand anti-dogmatism. One of the final reasons I left PCUSA is because they shut me down when I tried to point out that Russia’s not that great and our support should be critical. They accept the general Marxist positions, but think they can just larp their way into a USSA.

I would, they said they’d deal with it for years, and it hasn’t gotten much better.

Is MWM non-binary? Or are you referring to followers/watchers of him?

The organization doesn’t have a gender, it’s not just him.

I haven’t kept up with his videos. Does he self-identify that way? What are his patsoc positions?

Never mind— I found this, at least, which sucks and even conflates identifying heroic figures in US labor history with patriotism, and describes the US Revolutionary War as ‘anticolonial’. Eddie is lacking basic literacy in settler-colonialism, as revolts of exactly that kind in settler colonies are not unusual.
