I guess depends where. in Poland over 90% of people have brown hair of various shades naturally and usually i hear complaining about the vanity of people dying it on rarer but still natural colours like blond, red or black (usually about young women and old men).
Of course if someone dye their hair in blue or pink or something like this the chud rage is on, it’s still Poland after all.
