        imagining cops shooting a few thousand dollars worth of disposable expensive material to catch a purse snatching thief. That sounds like a terrible mis-allocation of resources.

        It would be fun to swing through the city like that though. If Chinese biotech Billionaires want to risk their lives for such a trivial reason it’s not a problem.
