You can’t smoke at 18. The legal age is also 21.

Also why is that a bad thing? 18-21 year olds should not be smoking. Nobody should be smoking but especially not them.

Also there is a limited amount of guns you can buy at 18. Most states limit it to 21 as well, and at 18 it’s mostly shotguns, long barrel rifles, etc.

The legal age for smoking was increased relatively recently. It used to be 18 less than 10 years ago.

      I must ask though?

Do you own guns in the Philippines?

Unrelated, but also do you know what happened to Comrade Deku?

The point is probably to be as arbitrary as possible so they can pick and choose when a gun is illegal, and do racially motivated arrests.

I mean we do have centuries of precedence for exactly that, exceedingly arbitrary laws passed to facilitate bigotted ‘enforcement’.

So if you cut off the end of a shotgun you should cut off both ends for it to not be illegal. Got it.

Many of these are legal, you just have to declare them as such. For example, you can not saw of a shotgun in your own. But there are several short shotguns in the market.

Also, I really want to know in what world you can classify a short barreled rifle as a pistol, and not have an officer laugh at your form before denying the classification and registration. Or classifying a sawn off shotgun as a “firearm”
