Currently, the US is fighting to maintain its dominance, but just as Britain previously, which provoked two world wars but was unable to keep its empire and its central position in the world due to the obsolescence of its colonial economic system, it is destined to fail.
In the article he mentions WWI and WWII as Britain’s attempt to maintain the hegemony of it’s colonial economic system based on slave labor. Can someone explain this historical argument? There are people doing so in the comments of that website but they appear to be antisemites (nazis?) and refer to a Holocaust denying historian. The argument sounds possible but I don’t know the argument and want to hear one that is not insane and racist.

Thanks! Though I was more wondering about the mechanism, not the motive, that could be pointed to as Britain provoking the world wars for this purpose
