I have a big gap in knowledge of post-stalin Russia. Also if there’s any books covering this period I would love a recommendation.

    Stalin was actually not the crazy maniac the west likes to portray him, he was in fact, less severe then Lenin, he also depended a lot on the USSR council to do stuff, so he could not kick people he did not trust unless there was some proff on that person and the rest of the council agreed he needed to go.
