I found an original GDR Pin. At the bottom there is a protractor with two wheat thingies.
On the back is written:

which translates to:

Holy shit that’s a really cool pin! The DDR was peak. Peak music, peak government, and now, peak party pins.

I also got an old medal of the FDJ (the youth group of the DDR). It was not an official thing but just something to hand out at tournaments. So its plastic plated with actual copper, which is soo cool. I might post that at some point.
