Waddup

Due to a busy schedule and lack of motivation I found myself doing two workouts at home this week. Because of this I felt like walking to work, which takes an hour total on a daily basis.

What did your week bring you?

    Just going absolutely hogwild on a sitting elliptical. Thighs and calves feel like they’re made of only slightly lumpy steel now. Curls, triceps and shoulder workouts using a resistance band (from physical therapy). Stronger stronger stronger. Still feel like shit! But less like shit.

    I also did some Tàijí yesterday, just following along a beginner video. Felt pretty good, smooths out some of my joint pain, helps with breathing, and “being as water” as it were feels very zen. Floating on nothing. Very cool stuff.
