I should definitely sort my anger issues out

    To me it is a trauma wound reflex just like many other things. A huge thing that helped me was letting go and genuinely appreciating and empathizing with people as often as possible, especially people I don’t like.

    Whatever your case, best of luck working on it, it is possible to slowly work on it in my experience it just takes dedication over a long period of time and some mental/emotional healing.
