I used to think IKEA make good furniture (well they are pretty good actually if you compare it with the atrocious junk usually sold in Poland) until i met a carpenter who is making me furniture both better and cheaper, even if they aren’t as fancy, but i don’t care.
Basically same. I went to consignment stores and scooped up some used stuff and it’s so much nicer and probably going to last forever if I take care of it.

It’s laminated wood crap. You don’t need oil to make wood, that’s fucked up.
