Why should a person like this get appeals? Why do black taxpayers get to pay for the mercy granted to someone who deserves neither life nor a quick death? Appeals are for when there might be a mistake and we might be sentencing an innocent person. There’s proof beyond even beyond a reasonable doubt in this case.

Beyond a reasonable doubt. Don’t make execution a spectacle, but I would say make it at least partially open to the public, to allow victims and their families closure (and, unfortunate as it is, perhaps some amount of relief via satiated vengeance).
Communists do not torture. Not saying you said we/they do, just reaffirming that point. For interrogation, it does not work and you’re just as likely to get false intel or a false confession by engaging in it. For punishment… fuck that. If someone is so vile they arguably deserve to be tortured, then they’re likely far beyond rehabilitation and should just be Minecrafted, there’s nothing to be gained from engaging in sadism for the sake of it, but much to be lost. Tangent: in Vietnam and the DPRK, the revolutionaries didn’t torture POWs, they fed and healed them and simply told them the truth about their imperialist governments, as many times as was necessary to make them understand that they were the bad guys. This is partially where the idea of communist “brainwashing” comes from. Communists do not torture.
