Yeah i get raises all the time, though all of them are living costs raises.
Do they actually keep up with cost of living tho?
I meant it’s those costs that are raising, my wage don’t.
my last raise was a “cost of living” raise. Inflation is up 10% and 8%? over the past two years and i got a 2% raise to adjust for that… im no mathmagician but …
