Overlooking the Shoah in Afrasia is pretty typical, and the phrase ‘German‐occupied Europe’ overlooks the antisocialists (e.g. the Ustaše and the Iron Guard) who frequently expressed their antisemitic violence without any direct influence from the Third Reich. Other than briefly mentioning ‘its collaborators’, this is a classic oversimplification.

What does this Trump supporter mean by ‘changing the Holocaust interpretation’? Would they block me for undoing their oversimplification just now? I guess that by repeatedly enriching people’s knowledge of the Shoah (example!) I’m aiding Hamas. I have to say, it’s extraordinarily nice of them to not only resist an antisemitic régime but also educate people on Jewish history while they’re doing it!
