    Some ppl just built bigger than others. I try to not compare against other ppl but against my past shape. Both good and bad changes. Sometimes life just takes me out of lifting for a while and I come back smaller and weeker with a little more fat on me. When I’ve been at it a while I look to see what improved and what I’d like to focus on. Also don’t look every day or you won’t notice those gains as much. I will take not when I see the mirror in the bathroom but I try not to really “focus” in on it but every week or two.
