US-Taiwan Trade Talks Kick Off in Long-Planned Counter to China

The US and Taiwan will start formal talks on a trade and economic initiative, following through on a long-planned promise to deepen ties amid opposition from China.

It seems the US is on a warpath. They really do want china to invade. Hopefully this game of chicken doesn’t end in nuclear annihilation.

    I really hope that the people who are actually able to fire Amerika’s nuclear missiles have some semblance of rationality left and will refuse to do it when told to, because I doubt China will fire first

      All it takes is for China to see one US nuke in the sky get intercepted by a Chinese hyper sonic and it’s alll over.

        That’s the only other alternative I can think of, but if Amerika fires enough missiles at once, it might not be possible to intercept them (although I hope I’m underestimating China’s defensive capabilities)

          Oh mark my words. China and the US will take heavy damage. No avoiding it.

          If I lived on the US west coast; Id think about moving.
