i disagree in some parts, i don’t believe that everything boils down to brazil not having a strong military like usa, china and russia.
brazil have diplomatic and economic weight (even tho is a mere commodity exporter) and something else that i can’t explain what it is, but give us the capability of tipping the scale to one side and everything points out that is tipping in favour of global south.
i agree that just one speech won’t change anything, but it is definitely bothering the north, proof of that is brics being 6 years in hiatus, in one year is back and had substantial growth, and usa and ukraine desperate to be favored by brazil.
