I guess that had links with secret military services of western countries… I mean how could this guy end up in Ukraine? It’s bit of mystery that how large amount of money was spent on these guys without EU and US ever noticing it. Angela Merkel with all her brains knew what the danger was but they all kept their mouth shut for US ambitions and “European values”.
