Wait until Tucker Carlson gets voted in. Then he’ll be the “greater evil.”

US politics is almost enforced short term memory loss, democrats have fully rehabilitated bush jr even after he killed a million people in Iraq.

Just you wait: they’ll find a way to rehabilitate Trump.

Haha totally. I gotta find that one article from the NYT I think where after Trump bombed Syria, they said something like: “This was his most presidential moment”

              It was actually Afghanistan.

It was when he dropped the supposed “MOAB” and eradicated an entire village and its vicinity. Biggest non-nuclear missile, or one of the biggest. Most of the mainstream media, including the Jacobin, called it “Presidential” or even that it was to be “expected from a Head of State.” Something along those lines. I definitely know that the NYT called it Presidential in several of their articles.

Hasn’t the argument mainly been that GWB “wasn’t as bad” as Trump? I don’t think I’ve heard of Democrats actively saying he was a good president, but I could be wrong.

Here’s a good article on the democrats rehabilitating GWB. It got really big during the election when trump was having spats with the bushes, democrats started defending him a lot, he put out a few videos for “calls for unity”, and he even went on a few liberal talk shows.

Interesting. Hopefully the progressive wing doesn’t go down this route - I’m really hoping they’ll be able to push the party to the left.

Forget Bush. They’re talking about the PRC’s human rights as though the BLM riots didn’t happen just a few months back. Scratch that. Even back then Pelosi was talking about HK while DC burned.
