It’s not an emoji yet, it’s just a regular image. You can make your own by scaling them and copying the format of something like , but it won’t autocomplete (although user-defined emojis would be a neat feature) and you have to manually scale it
If you type :lenin you should see three different emojis. I also just noticed that there’s an emoji picker, and all our custom ones seem to be in the last tab:
