True, but as the comptroller’s recent divestment from Israeli bonds shows the city does have economic ties with Israel that can and should be severed, and the Mayor’s office doubtlessly has a lot of say over that.
I’m no politic expert, but honestly think more people should pull a reverse Fetterman and lean into an even more overtly socialist vision after they win an election.
