A self-proclaimed leftist, of all people, should not be distracting us from war crimes by repeating the tired mantra that anti-Zionist is code for antisemitic. If you feel like focusing on discrimination against Jews today, be my guest, but encouraging audiences to act paranoid about anti-Zionism is unhelpful. Raise awareness about anticolonial Jews like Jewish Currents, Jewish Voice for Labour, Independent Jewish Voices Canada, South African Jews for a Free Palestine, Jews for Racial & Economic Justice, Never Again Action, Jewish Voice for Peace, Jewschool, American Council for Judaism, and similar. Help them provide abundant evidence refuting the myth that all Jews are or have to be Herzlians. Do not waste your, and more importantly, our time by indulging in hasbara.

I had completely forgotten about her exact gender identity until I saw this thread. Knowing that she’s transgender changes absolutely nothing for me.
