I do not know the context with the cacaine, but I can imagine how Ukraine (read NATO puppet government in Kyiv) could change the world. They could claim that Ukraine is the center of the world because it is the center of attention to the Western imperialist world until the Western imperialists change their attention to another country for white savour liberation (read enslavement by racist white parasites). The Ukraine proxy war could mark the end of Pan Americana order or expose the lies of Western European diaspora elites. Alternatively, they could shatter the little fantasy world that the Ukrainian Azov thugs had been living in.
