I think she’s a lib through and through. You can tell from her yearnings for the private economy in the talk. At the same time, she does seem to at least have a grasp on how the economy in China works.

Not really, but it’s some of the more sober analysis of China from the western side. It’s refreshing to see somebody in the west acknowledge that China’s economy isn’t collapsing.
