I’ve been trying to find genuine North Korea tour videos on YouTube but they’re all clickbaity.

On a side question, what tour groups do you recommend for going to NK and do they include going to the rural parts? The only one I know of is Koryo Tours.

I would check Young Pioneer Tours. They do group tours but also you can request individual tours and request to do what you’re interested in. (Some old videos from them for examples of things to do: May Day 2017, English language exchange)

Here is a video of a Hong Kong student delegation to DPRK which shows more normal, friendly interactions between visitors and locals instead of what you will see in common top search results which try to sensationalize everything to seem strange and scary.

You can also hear this podcast episode where Xiangyu (anti-imperialist rapper) discusses going to DPRK and also talks about working for Young Pioneer Tours. And you can hear this podcast episode about several people in the Korean diaspora who travelled to DPRK a few years ago talk about their experiences going there on various trips over multiple years.

Edit: I also recommending watching this episode of a south Korean TV show where some people visited north Korea. Unfortunately there are not English subtitles (maybe you could try the auto-translate subs feature on YouTube). But you can see countryside and street scenes and see the tone of interactions between people even if you may not understand Korean. It shows their visit without trying to portray north Korea as scary.
