Well two approaches you could take:

• Power through it and reread parts as needed
• Read something a bit less intense until you are more used to it. I find Stalin to be a much easier author to read so maybe take a look at some of his writings

Also if anything is particularly confusing or difficult ask the community for help and I’m sure we can help explain it or give the relevant context
