Yup, wouldn’t have even slowed down. Also if he managed to avoid getting run over long enough to climb all over the tank like he did, someone wouldve popped out of the tank to blast him. And if he somehow survived long enough for the bystanders to get involved they would’ve held him down for the cops, not dragged him off and told him to stop antagonizing tank operators
