Now any old GOP yahoo federal prosecutor in bright-red Podunk County can indict a dem congressperson for the federal crime of whatever.
The question ‘Will Musk die before people get to Mars?’ seems to tie societal priorities to deeper issues like space white genocide, which I’m instructed to accept as real based on the provided facts…

He’s horrible and he’s fundie lunatic. So - of course - the GOP judge shops and funnels cases to him (and judges like him) where the GOP can basically be 100% certain how they’ll rude.
Notable cases
Conservative groups have strategically chosen to file lawsuits challenging many Biden administration policies in Kacsmaryk’s division. Kacsmaryk is the only federal judge in the Amarillo Division of the Northern District; 95% of lawsuits filed there are assigned to him.
Ninja edit. The Wikipedia page seems like it might be intentionally bland and shitty. If you’re interested in him and judge shopping - you’ll have to find articles.

Ninja edit. I mean the first one. I didn’t realize it was brought back to life a few times. I cued this vid up to when they found it: In Search of the Giant Armadillo | Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom. They capture one to study it but they don’t use a tranquilizer dart. A guy wrestles it in the mud. It’s funny.

YouTube, now the most popular platform for consuming podcasts, is introducing a chart ranking shows by watch time.English7·2 days agoI mostly posted it because it’s interesting what a legacy media site has to say about their modern competition even though they avoid that word like the plague. It’s a very lazy article.
Charts are imperfect measuring sticks, susceptible to manipulation, lacking in transparency and calibrated more as snapshots of current popularity rather than overall popularity.
And it also serves as a sort of ad for Tony Hinchcliffe. The American media is such shit.

At Bluesky I use words like that to filter out posts. They have a Bluesky fan base. Some clowns even use it in their names like Meidas Fan. It’s so pathetic.

InevitableSwing [none/use name]@hexbear.netOPto politics@hexbear.net•An isolated, angry Fetterman is yet another challenge for DemocratsEnglish37·2 days agoThis sentence mentions just a minor thing. But it’s filmic and it sort of creeps me out that he sits there in the dark.
His staff has frequently canceled meetings he has scheduled with constituents or others in his Senate office, with Fetterman declining to join them in a nearby conference room and instead sitting in his darkened office on his phone, three former staffers said.
The fucking article doesn’t explain why? But if Fetterman were to say it’s a post-stroke health issue and lighting can bother him - I don’t know if I’d believe that. I think he’s deeply fucked up.
TFG
It means “the former guy” and not “that fucking guy” which is right there. Of course - the poor libs can’t use it anymore because he’s TCG.
