    You lift because you want to be stronger and look ripped. I lift because I can keep eating as much as I want.

      Oh I definitely lift so I can do more of that too. lol Bigger muscles burns more calories passively for when I have to spend all week recovering because my joints are shit. What even is cartilage? I don’t think I have any of that.
