I am going to downgrade to windows 7 for the sake of both nostalgia and performanc.

    Extremely unsafe. Might as well instead a ransomware and save the hackers some effort.

    Switch to Linux, it’s easy and much much safer.

    Doesn’t really make any sense to run it anymore, newer hardware and software usually won’t work on it, even Steam doesn’t support it anymore

    I miss Windows 7 too, but if you want a usable system for current-day tasks, you have to move on eventually

    Just don’t connect to internet if you do install it for whatever reason. Please consider using Linux.

    Please don’t. Unless you don’t intend to connect to the internet, the security of windows 7 was abandoned years ago, there must be all sorts of exploits just waiting to see a system like that pop up in the web
