    What a lame excuse about jurisdiction.

    I have read about it and ICC is done exactly for the case where a State won’t judge it’s politicians.

    But when they travel to an ICC signing country (142 now, including Germany) they have to be arrested.

    IIRC, if the UN references the judgment, UN countries fna force each other to comply to ICC even if the country. doesn’t sign it.
