Whole wheat fusilli with corn, string beans, and butternut squash
Slap some tomato sauce on that, maybe some garlic and basil and you’ve got yourself a pretty good dish.
I’m intolerant to garlic and onions so I don’t eat them. Normally do add tomato sauce but ran out unfortunately.
That’s unfortunate. Garlic and onions really do make every dish better.
u need to add some protein to these dishes!
As a stand alone dish it is fine. You can have plenty of proteins in your other dishes of the day. But if the other meals don’t have that much protein, then yeah you probably should add some. The occasional day of eating less protein is fine if you just want to have a nice meal.
