In Poland nobody i know worked there longer than 6 months, despite wage being better than in comparable jobs. Even people working really shit jobs with abusive bosses do not want to go back to Amazon.
@PolandIsAStateOfMind I mean, some shit jobs in Poland will at least let you fuck around but here the computer is making you go impossibly fast
I mostly meant the production line jobs, you can’t slack in those unless on some specific posts.
I thought this was deliberate to keep from giving raises and benefits.
Two times I’ve used Amazon job offers as negotiating leverage for other offers I later accepted. Sounds like this will be even easier in the future.
