There is always a prehistoric bigger version of almost any creature so there must be.

Not off the top of my head since mammals are pretty recent.

Yeah, but not a lot of it was carnivorous.
Fair, it’d need to eat a ton of stuff to stay that big. At least it would have had large prey.
